MISSION STATEMENT

 We, the members of Immaculate Conception Parish, believe that, through our faith and baptism, we have been called by our Provident God to give witness to the teachings of Jesus Christ as expressed in the Gospel and in the living Traditions of our Catholic Church.

Under the patronage of Mary and the protection of her loving husband, Joseph, we strive, as individuals and as a parish family to:

¨ Develop our spiritual lives, with Sunday worship as the foundation of who we are and Sacramental Reconciliation as the healing for our sins;

¨ Spread the Gospel message, with charity as the root and center of our lives;

¨ Respect the human dignity and rights of all people, with the sanctity of life as the pillar of our freedom;

¨ Support family life, with the roles of married couples, singles, youth and elderly as the source of our happiness, for from happy families will come needed vocations for Church service – the Priesthood and Religious Life;

¨ Share our time, talents and treasures for God’s Honor and Glory and our own personal salvation.

Strengthened by the Holy Spirit, we commit ourselves to make choices that will give evidence of our Catholic Heritage and the joy that comes from being faithful disciples of Jesus Christ. May God’s work truly be our own.
